Buying Parts
1. We recommend confirming that this part fits your vehicle before placing an order. Returns and refunds are handled at the discretion of our team.
2. To ensure compatibility, feel free to send us the part number or details of the part you need we’re happy to check it against the item we’re offering.
3. We also have other parts available for the same vehicle. If you're looking for something specific, we can often source parts upon request.
4. If you purchase a part and then cancel the order a restocking fee of 25% will apply meaning only a partial refund will be processed.
5. If items are not collected in 14 days after sale you will not be refunded and risk loosing the item unless arrangements made prior to 14 days after purchase
6. Please note: a sourcing fee may apply for special orders
Buying a car
1. All vehicles are sold strictly as spares or repairs. We make every effort to accurately describe each vehicle’s condition and provide detailed photographs to show the full vehicle and specifications. Any known faults will be disclosed; however, viewing is strongly recommended prior to purchase.
2. A deposit is required immediately upon purchase or winning bid. If the deposit is not received within 3 days, the vehicle will be relisted.
3. Delivery can be arranged at an additional cost if collection is not possible. Under 60 miles is £100, over 60 miles is on average £1.75 a mile but may vary on the delivery location / vehicle size/ vehicle weight.
4. Full payment must be received before the vehicle leaves our premises, whether collected or delivered.
5. All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of purchase.
6. In the event of a non-paying or non-collecting eBay winning bidder, we will have no option but to report the transaction in order to recover our selling fees
Terms and Conditions for JC Car breakers selling parts
1. Eligibility: By purchasing car parts from us, you confirm that you are legally allowed to buy and use the parts in your vehicle and that the parts are being used in compliance with applicable laws.
2. Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, using the payment methods accepted by us. We reserve the right to cancel an order once the payment has been made and a full refund will take place if this was to happen.
3. Sales Agreement: All sales of car parts are final once the transaction is completed. Please verify the part number and details before confirming your order.
4. Warranty and Returns: We provide a warranty for specific car parts, which will be clearly stated at the time of sale. Returns are only accepted at the discretion of a member of JC Car Breakers staff.
5. Product Information: We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions of the parts. However, it is your responsibility to ensure the part fits your vehicle and meets your needs before making a purchase.
6. Shipping: We will process and ship your order as promptly as possible. Shipping costs will be calculated and added during purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We will also not be held responsible for any damaged parts during shipping, This will be for you to take up with the shipping company.
7. Liability: We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. It is recommended that all parts be installed by a professional.

Terms and Conditions for selling JC Car breakers a car
1. Eligibility: By using our car breaking company, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle and or have authorization to dispose of the car.
2. Vehicle Ownership: You must provide proof of ownership, The vehicle must be free of any outstanding financial obligations, including but not limited to loans.
3. Payment: Payment will be made after the vehicle is seen in person unless agreed for payment to be made upfront.
4. Liability: Once the car is delivered to us or has been collected, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
5. Vehicle Assessment: We reserve the right to assess the condition of the vehicle before accepting it. The final value of the car will be determined based on its condition, make, model.
